Wendy Horton

Previously, Wendy Horton served as Chief Administrative Officer at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, part of a $4 billion academic health system. She reduced physician recruitment time by 81%, implemented a $340 million physician compensation plan, and increased research funding by 28.4% to $269.4 million. Earlier, she spent 12 years at the University of Wisconsin, where she served as Vice President of Operations and oversaw the completion and commissioning of a new hospital.
